Thank you, Eli, for a job well done!! I am happy to recommend Eli to anyone wishing to have their apartments painted or other handywork done. He was dependable, professional and courteous. Can't ask for more in the city!! Price was comparable to other quotes I received, but I felt that I got better service from Eli than I would have from any of the other painters who also quoted the job.

I bought my new 2 bedroom coop in Murray Hill in December. The previous owner lived there for over 50 years and did not paint the walls for probably the last 30 years. The place was a mess. Eli was referred to me by my real estate agent who highly recommended him to me. She was right. Eli came to see the apartment and then e-mailed me an estimate for the job, which was very reasonable. He provided my extremely fussy coop building management with the required insurance paperperwork and was quickly approved by my building to do the work. Eli and his crew did an amazing job in my apartment. Eli is a prefectionist, he made sure every little detail was taken care of. They were on time and on budget. He even did not charge extra for a few additional things I asked him to do. I couldn't be happier. I recommend him to all my neighbors and friends.

As a real estate speculator I have to be in and out as quickly as possible but quality sells! I first used Mr Kriheli on a water damaged one bedroom in a pre-war upper west side apt.He put his estimate together much more quickly than the other two painters I contacted and his price was reasonable so I hired him before all three estimates came in.He finished as contracted and never annoyed the building management,which I greatly appreciated.He was also helpfull when he felt my choices might be counterproductive...and they were.He obviously has experience.I presently own a six family in Greenpoint that he painted from top to bottom.He came in as contracted.His workers kept the floors covered and were never lazy about taping, as past painters seemed laxed to do.This I also greatly appreciated.When my ex-wife sold her(once our) house she also had Mr Kriheli's crew do the work. I will continue to use his services.He is always a gentleman of his word. I have no complaints.I've learned to trust him,which is all I could ask.He seems to take a great deal of pride in his business...and I need professional,high quality work.Time is money and quality sells.
