I visited Next Generation Dental last week for the first time. Dr. Ganjian was highly recommended to me by a co-worker. The office is clean and modern. Looks like they recently renovated and got all new equipments. The staff was very friendly and incredible helpful helping me out with insurance papers. I had a great experience and recommend the practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I received a free consultation for my daughter. I was late for the appointment and staff were very nice and the doctor took his time to explain everything to me

They know nothing about customer/client service. I am paying for braces from their office, and they are a complete mess. After starting treatment 2 months ago, i return for a follow up to get my braces tightened, and they cannot help because they are missing an xray. They tell me they cannot proceed without it. They never bothered to call me to let me know they were missing it, and now my treatment must be postponed, yet i must continue to pay for my treatment, although they have done nothing since my initial meeting with them. They seem to be completely disorganized and do not care about their clients, so long as they provide payment.
